Slack's Hoagie Shacks
I wonder if these people are my relatives. I grew uo outside Philly and I love a good Philly Cheesesteak. I'll have to investigate.

From Citystuff.com:
"Whiz or Whiz Whiz? In a city known for tradition, thousands of hungry Philadelphians flock to 15 Slack's Hoagie Shacks every day to devour hoagies, steaks, and chicken sandwiches. One Slack's store, near the pro sports arenas in the heart of South Philadelphia, has become a favorite lunch and dinner caterer for Eagles, Flyers, 76ers, and Phillies players and coaches. Philadelphia Magazine has honored Slack's with the “Best of Philly” award not once, but twice. Many claim to be the originator of the hoagie or submarine -- a belly-busting combination of meats, cheeses, lettuce, tomato and onions assembled with care on a fresh baked long Italian roll. Slack's has perfected the traditional hoagie and then some. Mountains of the finest premium meats and cheeses are piled high on a freshly baked roll and served with a secret sauce that many have tried to copy but have never succeeded. It’s no wonder that Slack's South Philly store is one of the city’s most popular caterers for lunches and dinner."
